The Enneagram is different, though. It doesn’t just focus on our strengths & weaknesses, job suitability, or actions & behaviors. It digs deeper into the why.

Understanding what motivates us is the key to developing self awareness, and ultimately changing the behaviors and patterns we want to change. It also helps us understand different perspectives, leading us from frustration and judgment to compassion and curiosity.
